Pole Fitness Poza Rica Ver.
El Pole Fitness se ejecuta combinando ejercicios aeróbicos, ejercicios de yoga, pilates, danza, gimnasia y movimientos propios del baile en tubo.
No es una disciplina sólo para mujeres altas, fuertes y esbeltas, cualquier mujer puede practicarlo pues simplemente se requiere de técnica, práctica y actitud. Tampoco excluye a los hombres, pues ellos también pueden ejecutarlo y bastante bien.
Aunque cabe destacar que para las personas con osteoporosis, que tienen desviada la columna, padecen de hipertensión o tienen dañadas las muñecas o los tobillos, es muy riesgoso practicarlo.

There is a discipline only for tall, strong and slender women, any woman can practice it just requires technique, practice and attitude. Neither excludes men, for they may also run and quite well.
